Am I setting this up correctly?

I wish to set up a network as follows. please tell me if anything
here is wrong and what I need to do to avoid it.

1. I have an ADSL connection to my house
2. I wish to make a hotspot so people nearby can access the net
3. I wish to keep my connections (two computers) private and
firewalled.
4. If possible the users could have a gateway page i.e. Welcome to the
Park site, click to continue.
5. The service will be free.

Here is my plan.
1. Connect the ADSL Ethernet cable to a firewall router
2. Have a second wired router coming off this for my private network
3. Have a Netgear WG602 wireless router coming off this also facing
the park
4. Have the subnets different to prevent my private network been
"seen"

Questions.
1. What is the max number of users I can have?
2. Can I also run a camera from the wireless with a fixed IP or is
that system overload?
3. Is this enough equipment?
4. Will other wireless networks affect me?

You may wanna control access so that you don't attract spammists,
bandwidth hogs, and other undesireables. There are quite a few
"instant hot-spot" type of software on the net. You might be sure to
get some form of bandwidth management so that your friends in the park
don't hog all your bandwidth so you have nothing left for yourself.

Nope. Won't work unless your DSL provider gives you TWO IP addresses.
With only one IP address, you can only have one router on the WAN
side. If you replace one router with an access point, you'll have an
undesireable security issue.

Rule of thumb. One 802.11b access point will allow:
100 average users that browse web sites and ocassional email.
10 business users that have multiple machines running NAT.
1 Peer-to-peer or file sharing user.
This assumes no interference from other nearby access points.

That depends on the frame rate. I'm too lazy to work out the number
but I think you'll saturate a 1.5Mbits/sec connection with 30
frames/second at 800x600 jpgs. Well, might was well do the math.
800x600 will creat about 80Kbyte JPG's. That's 640kbits per picture.
30 of those per second is 1.9Mbits/sec. Yeah, you're over the usual
1.3Mbits/sec thruput.

It's never enough equipment. There's always one more box that you'll
need.

Yes. You're on a shared frequency with no official protection. If
the city decides to go communist and install an access point outside
your window, you're toast.
