While I agree that a drop of 2% is hardly worth worrying about, you'd
make more sense if your units were correct, in being kbps not bps :-)

LOL. Yes, I wonder how often they get some complaint about "not
as fast as it should be"...

Ah, that's perhaps why it wrangles... the extra cash being paid out
must make it a bit of a downer to get slightly slower speed even if
there is no traffic calming in place on this service.... Peter M.
