I am the only user that can't connect

I need some help!!! Everyone in my family has their own user and everybody
can connect but me. I don't have any restrictions because I am the
administrator. But my computer treats it like I don't have any connection
established at all. I have set all the internet properties to default but
nothing chnaged. Anybody know what to do??

Same computer ?? Different computers ?? What wireless hardware ??
