I am not able to VPN

Information of the system

I have a router NetGare,
I have internet connection working properly,
I have cable running from router to Ethernet card.
I try Kinternet and put MPPE-required stuff in the file
when i try to connect to the my office for VPN this donst seem to work

any help will be appriciated
