I am not able to browse my Entrire Network

Network neighborhood uses the browsing service. Here is a good article

Is the domain NT 4.0 or W2k? If NT 4.0 try disabling
the computer browser service on all W2k or higher
computers. W2k or higher clients in NT 4.0 domains
are known to force browse elections in order to become
the segment master browser and actually win because of
their OS criteria. In an NT 4.0 domain the PDC is always
the DMB and SMB for it's local subnet.
