I am looking for windiows based "ethereal" tool in linux? to monitor
network interface frames?. Anybody have any idea?.

ethereal is Unix-based. What's the question, where to find it? Have you
met my friend Freshmeat, who keeps track of free software and many
other Unix-based projects? http://freshmeat.net/search/?q=ethereal

If you mean Microsoft Windows, you're asking in the wrong place.

Ethereal is available both for Linux and for Windows.

Well, you might try Ethereal. It's available for both Linux and Windows.

Did you try ethereal's web site? http://www.ethereal.com/download.html

They Windows installer listed there, although I've never used ethereal
under Windows.
