Hi all,
I would like to share important files in to network allow certain users to
read execute, but should not copy to thier local disk is ther any
possiblity...

No.

If you can read, you can copy. There's no way around it.

"read" and "copy" are pretty much the same thing from the point of view of
the server holding a file; in both cases all it knows is that someone read a
file and their permissions allowed them to do so. It has no way of knowing
whether that person later just reads the file; copies it; or even prints it,
shreds the printout, and uses the paper-scraps as the secret ingredient in
the secret sauce at their next BBQ.

You can add on some rights management stuff to handle this, but if people
are determined they'll get a copy of the file no matter what you do:
