Allow incoming connections through ISDN router

Hi

We have a 3com Office Connect 511s ISDN router that used to allow our
database provider to call in and log into our Linux box (and contact any
other machine on our network). The router has been reset to factory
condition and I can't figure out how to let them in again.

Does anyone know how to set up this router or similar routers to allow this?

Thanks
Tim
