I have a standalone server running 2003 server.
It is supposed to have 3 networks (web network; Microsoft windows and
terminal server).
I only have a terminal server network. What is wrong??
I can ping the workstations by ip but not by name, and i can not access them.

Have you enable Client for Microsoft Networks?

Yes i have the client for microsoft network enable.
