ALI M5621

Hi. I've got 3,5" external subsystem USB2.0->IDE based on ALI M5621 chipset.
It worked fine until I have installed SP1 for WIndows 2003. Now, when I plug
USB cable to computer, blue screen occures all the time and shows:
technical information: *** STOP: 0x0000007F (0x00000008, 0x80042000,
0x00000000, 0x00000000)

I checked exsternal subsystem on other computers and it works fine, I
checked other external subsystems based on different chipsets and works on my
computer as well -> something is wrong with ALI M5621rivers for Windows 2003.
ALI corporation hasn't delivered any dirver for 2003 because they are
included by MS. Any advices how to fix above-mantioned the problem?
