You will also need to set the "Messenger" service on all clients to
Automatic startup and start the service. The Net Send command will do the
trick as Mike already said. Just bringing that to your attention - it is
mentiond in the article but easy to miss. :-)
Also, this pops up center-screen topmost in the window z order and can annoy
users. I would discuss that with those wanting this implemented. I would
only use net send for urgent messages like "Fire in the building" or "Boss
is back" ;-).
