Hi all.
I'm trying to install a Redhat Linux 9.0 as an ADSL gateway for my home
network.
I've found lot of document regarding older version of redhat and
Speedtouch but all the test that I've mage are vain.
I wan't to know if some of you have successfully make it to work and if
it's the case, and I'm sure it is, where can I found a detailed doc on this
point.
I've found many think but they point in all direction : some talk only
about PPTP, other of PPPoE. If my memory is good, from what I've read, PPTP
is for only authorize the endpoint station, and PPPoE is made to trasform
the enpoint as a gateway for the other stations ! Is it rigtht ???

Thanks for all comments.
JB.

PS : sorry for the double post

Hi to all.
I've solve my problem. Thiswas only due to a missing information regarding
my chap login. My ISP haven't specifify that the @<ISP> was mandatory for
CHAP file under Linux. Under windows, the @<ISP> after login is not
mandatory so ....

Thanks to all of you and sorry for this post.
