Hiyas,

I've been looking all over the internet for possible solutions, but so far I
don't think I even know enough to really know what to look for

I have an Alcatel Speedtouch 580i which forwards port 80 to a Linksys
network storage thing. My own webspace I can host pics there so they show
up on message boards, I can put files there for friends to download. But! I
cannot access it myself through my public IP - only through the internal
network IP.

I've been in touch with Alcatel helpdesk and apparently the 580i is not
supposed to let me do it, so my idea is now to tell windows to translate
every mention of my public IP into the network IP. Proxies or messing with
DNS settings....I don't know exactly what to ask or where to look for
guides.

If anyone here can help me or point me in the right direction, that'd be
great.

Thanks,
Joost
