AirSnare v 0.6.5

I've installed AirSnare v0.6.5 on my win98se with a Cisco 340 wireless
nic.
When I select the Cisco card and then hit Start I get the following.
Rin-time Error
Procedure Packetsethwfilter failed error code=0
Anyone else have this happen, or know of a way to fix it??
