Airlink+ WLC3010 & NETGEAR MR814v2

I am having a problem getting my new Airlink+ PCMCIA to connect with my
NETGEAR router. The utility that comes with the Airlink lists the router in
the Site Monitor, so it sees the router I just can't connect. I have a
NETGEAR USB wireless adapter which connects with the router and works great.
The settings on the Airlink are as closely matched as the utility will
allow. WEP is disabled as is the Wireless Access List on the router.

I'm baffled. Any help would be appreciated. If anymore info is needed let
me know.
