Airlink+ WLC010 PCMCIA adapter can't install driver on win2000

Hi All!

Just installed win2000 with SP4, and when it gets to the process
finding new hardware it says found new hardware AFTERSAD @FA304p'AEEE
I point to win2k driver folder on a cd and it says win couldn't find driver,
can anyone help me
with this?
any help would be appreciated
