AirExtreme dwlg620 Problem

I tried to install this card on a Win xp on my notebook and after installing
drivers, when i plug in the card, all network services stop working.
Anyone can tell what could be the problem?
I needed to recover windows to a previous working System configuration to do
woking all right, but so i cannot use the card.

After installing the card also IIS stop working and cannot launch it
again....it fails IIS restarting

Please help!!

SORRY For the mistake... the correct name of the PCMCIA card is dwl-G650....
