They can't access anything by name unless they have your WINS server in
their dialup connection's TCP/IP settings. Without that they are stuck with
IP#s only.
Ignore Network Neighborhood, what is shows or doesn't show is almost
irrelevant.
Other considerations:
If "use gateway on remote network" is enabled they can access resources in
other subnets on your system, but cannot independently use the Internet
because *all* their traffic will go into your system.
If "use gateway on remote network" is disabled they can access resources
only within the same subnet as the address they receive from your system
when they connect, but they will be able to independently use the Internet
at the same time without effecting you.
