after applying SP2 on Windows 2003 standard server

We applied SP2 on our windows 2003 file server, serving 800 users, since
then we have had around 100 users complaing that copying files from server
to PC is taking a long time, copying files from pc to file server is quick.
People affected have a combination of broadcom and intel cards.

You may need to install latest driver and firmware for the hardware. These

turn off CHIMNEY asap

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Servic es\Tcpip\Parameters
