OS X clients will need to install the MS UAM, found here
http://www.microsoft.com/mac/otherpr...windows2000sfm
to connect to the afp shares with the server in the default configuration.
Alternately the server can be set to allow apple authentications to afp
shares. This setting is found in computer management>right click on shared
folders>select configure file services for Macintosh>enable the
authentication method of your choice.
