Hi all

My BB with Sky saga continues.....

My order was initially rejected, so they escelated it to the Orders
Mangement Team, that was over a week ago - I've heard nothing, so I rang
them and they told me that there is now way I can phone or email the OMT and
there is no way I can get an update on the status until they ring me.

They tell me I have to WAIT until they contact me, my MAC code is going to
run out any day now.

I'm really losing my rag with them, what should I do? Tell them to screw it?
Place a new order? It's really frustrating and it feels as if they aren't
doing anything.

Kev

If I were you, I'd bin Sky and go for an ISP that gives reasonably good
customer service. Others may disagree, of course, and if *cheap* is your
watchword above all else, then you also might have other views.
From the comments about Sky (and Be and Talk Talk) on this group, they might
provide a reasonable service *technically* - and maybe cheaply as well - but
their customer relations are terrible!
In other words, if you ever finally get them to provide you with service, it
will probably work.
Woe betide you if you get any service problems though...

George
