Your orgaination has the /24 block? It does not belong to your ISP? It
was assigned to you by ARIN (or RIPE, or APNIC, etc) and not by an ISP?
If so, then you have an AS number of your own to go with it. You need to
hire someone who knows how to run BGP and what to do with that AS number.
If the IP's were not assigned to you by ARIN (or RIPE if you are in
europe, APNIC if in asia or pacific rim, etc) then the the IP's are not
yours to advertise.
