Drayteks do. They don't support packets per seconds counters though,
just bytes. (Well, the 2600's and 2900's don't!) They work just fine
with mrtg, so I imagine prtg won't be an issue.
I have found at least one ISP which blocks SNMP traffic over the Interweb
though! There was a bug in Ciscos IIRC some years back and most ISPs
temporarily firewalled everything them, so maybe it's just a left-over,
but who knows!
