the short answer is no it won't work.
The long answer is that the NTL thingy won't provide IP addresses and
do the NAT for multiple PCs and the Belkin can't do that if the NTL
WAN connection is plugged into a LAN port, so I think you're stuck.
I have a non-ADSL equivalent here somewhere which has the opposite
problem - its a PITA to get to work with ADSL.
