Has anyone had ADSL Max supplied in Bangor or Caernarfon since June this
year?
A national voluntary organisation is being told that there is not enough
plant capacity in the exchanges.

Thanks both.
the first test with broadband checker certainly shows that they are
enabled but has the caveat that:
Broadband services may be subject to additional line tests and available
network capacity in your area.

That is a standard thing and AFAIK not specific to the line.
