Hi,
If its the famatech product then you need to create a mapping on TCP
port 4899 to the Internal IP address of the PC you want to control.
Depending on your model the way you do this varies - but from the
telnet interface its the 'create' command on the 'nat' section you
need to use. Note that for the 'outside' address just use 0.0.0.0.
(which means any IP address)
