ADSL activation dates

When isp's say activation is 7-10 days does this include weekends or
is it strictly working days only that is included? i'am thinking of
ordering on Saturday but if weekends arent included i may as well wait
until Monday.

Certainly for Virginnet its working day and even then 7-10 seems a bit
of a dream arrrr

Still waiting to be given an activation date here afert 7 days and no
response from there customer service !!!
