ADMtek Comet Ethernet Card

The tulip driver for that card worked fine with a 2.4.7 FC2 kernel. I
updated to a 2.4.10-1.9 FC2 kernel and there are some errors loading
the driver into the kernel. Does anybody know what is the solution to
this problem? Besides reverting to the old kernel, that is.
