Each Active Directory object has permissions to it. If you change the
permissions for administrator so that regular users do not have read
permissions to it then they should not be able to see it. Be very careful
with AD permissions however because if you remove permissions to the wrong
objects, such as the OU that the user is in, they will not have Group Policy
