Admin and System Shares Disappearing

My C$, Admin$, and IPC$ shares will not remain connected.

I've checked the autodisconnect and tried the
AutoShareServer entry in the lanmanserver registry key
(parameters).

I've tried manually mapping them.

I've tried mapping them in MMC.

They map just fine - I get no errors. But a short while
later, they disappear.

I've got other servers in this domain using the exact same
group policies that don't have this problem.

The server has two NICs - file/printer sharing and CMN are
only enabled on one of them - same with NetBios. The one
they're enabled on is the one on my subnet. The other one
is on a separate subnet.

When I browse to this server from a workstation and click
on it, I get the error "This server is not configured for
transactions."

There are no errors being reported to the System or
Application logs.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Does the same problem happen with other shares?

Make sure that the NIC that has File/Sharing and CMN is bound first
a- Open the 'Network and dialup connections folder" from control panel
b- click on the advanced menu option and select advanced settings
c- check 'Connections' box under the Adapters and Bindings tab and make sure that the active nic is the at the top of the bindings

Try disabling the NIC that does not have File/Printer sharing and CMN, same problem?
