Adjustable Power APs?

Are there any APs priced for home users that allow the user to increase
or decrease the power in order to limit the signal range?

I'd like to have wireless access to my network from my back yard, but not
from accross the street.

Dlink DWL900+

Linksys WAP11 (maybe need the Dlink firmware)

WAP11 v1, Netgear ME102.

Sounds like you want directional control, instead of power control.
Maybe replace the omnidirectional antenna; or, cheaper, place a
sheet of iron (or a copper screen) between your WAP and the street.
