Don't install ICF! Take a look at the protocols you're using. Mixing
protocols (eg TCP/IP and NetBEUI) is problematic. All you need to run is
TCP/IP. By default XP will only run TCP/IP. Your ME boxes will likely be
running NetBEUI. You'll need to change your ME machines to *only* use
TCP/IP. Of course you need to make certain you've assigned all machines the
same group name, same subnet mask, unique machine name, etc.
