Adding a Windows 2003 Server to NT4 Domain

We have a domain setup with one primary and one backup domain controller,
both running Windows NT 4.0 Server.
I have installed a new server with Windows Server 2003 and made it a member
of the domain.

Could anyone tell me if there would be any problems/issues in making this
server into another domain controller with a view to eventually making it
the primary controller and demoting the NT 4 boxes to file servers?

Anything I should take into account before carrying this out?

To make a Windows 2003 a domain controller in a Windows NT 4 domain you will
have to upgrade the Windows NT 4 PDC to Windows 2003, effectively making the
domain a Windows 2003 Active Directory domain.

You could install Windows NT 4 on the new box first, make it the PDC and
then perform an inplace upgrade.
