adding a win 98 machine to a 2000 network

what is necessary to add a win98 se machine to a 2000
network domain? all of the appropriate accounts are set
up, I just cannot get a connection. any help would be
appreciated.

A Windows 98 computer can never join a Windows 2000 domain. It can
authenticate against the domain (check the user name and password to ensure
that they are valid) but it cannot join the domain in the same way that
Windows NT, 2000 or XP computers can.
