Adding a palm to the network

I have a palm tungsten C, and I'm having trouble adding
it to my Microsoft Wireless G network. They don't give
any help at their site because they want me to get help
from the people who made the network hardware. What do I
have to do to add the palm? I tried entering the WEP
key, and it said no signal. I turned off the firewall.
I don't know what else to try.
