Adding one interface to two bridges

Apparently it's impossible to add the same network interface to two
bridges, even using alias interfaces. I'm trying to make someting
similar to:
br0 - eth0, eth1
br1 - eth0, eth2

It looks like a weird network topology, but believe me, it makes sense
in my particular case

Is there any way around this problem that I missed somehow ?

Would you please explain?

Now, your specification is ambiguous when a packet arrives
on eth0 - should it be repeated to eth1, eth2 or both?

Well... since it's a learing bridge, it should be repeated to the
appropriate interface according to destination MAC, unless it's a new
MAC in which case the bridge will forward it to all interfaces.
