adding nic driver to windows cd (image)

hi,
how can i add drivers to windows server 2003 cd(add to this folder driver
and then burn the cd again with my new drivers) ,that when i will install
from it he will recgonize my new nic automatically ?

where windows server 2003 (the original cd) is storing the default drivers
of the nics ? in which folder from the installation cd i should be able to
find a nic card ?

Have used this procedure with CD-based RIS images successfully. Guessing it
still applies with CD's and answer files.

hi,
i am talking about windows 2003 server NOT XP .
i dont using ris installation
i dont want use sysprep.
i just want to know how can i add drivers to swindows 2003 server cd and
then reburn it.
where windows (on the 2003 server cd) is storing his drivers ??
