Adding a NIC driver to RIS image

We have dell power edge 400sc computers and the NIC is PXE and is an intel
1000 pro. The problem is when I upload the XP + SP2 CD image and then try
and download the image I get an error message that the driver is not found
for the NIC. XP does not have this driver to installed. Is there anyway to
add the driver to the RIS image.

Make sure you get teh drivers from INtel
