Adding a Local Printer to a DC

Does anyone know why the option for adding a local printer
on a DC (2003) is grayed out? I can add a network printer
but not a local printer.

Are you logged in as an Admin?

Yes. If I'm logging on to a DC, I must have some type of
Admin rights, assuming no modificatons were made to the
default configuration.

No, just because you logged into the DC doesn't mean it must have been
an Admin account.
