Hi,
I have multiple domains in my environment.
Windows Server 2003 AD.
I have my current scope setup for
192.168.1.xxx - 192.168.5.xxx
My current domain is test.net
I have these other domains too.
test1.linux.net
web-test.net
test.com

How can I get these DNS suffixes into my current DHCp scope without having
to type them in to get resolution?

Any help would be appreciated.
thanks in advance.

Use Scope Option 135 - Domain suffix search order.

This option was not available in Win2k, but there was a work-around - see:

http://support.microsoft.com/default...b;en-us;275553

If Windows Server 2003 is your DHCP server, this option should be available
to you. Make sure you are using the current Administrative tools to access
the server. If you still can't find this option, use Group Policy - see:

http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=294785

I would assume I am using the latest version of Admin tools on the server. I
connected directly to the server as well, and I still dont have the 135
option.
