In order to access my home pc from a dial-up remote site I
apparently have to set it up as a server. I should be able
to go to control panel-dialup networking-connections-
dialup server and allow caller access. The dialup server
option doesn't exist. Also, there isn't a remote
administrators tab in password properties. How do I
add/access these two options?

Did you install Dial-Up Networking? Go to Add/Remove Programs in the
Control Panel, then the Windows Setup tab, then add it from the
Communications section.

WHOOPSIE - that should be "Dial-Up SERVER", not "Dial-Up NETWORKING". Sorry
for the mistake.
