Adding 4th XP PC to home network manually

Great!!

Finally sorted.

Guest was in 'Deny this computer from the network' in User Rights
Associations in Local Securiry Policy.

Great, I'm glad you are sorted out. I do wonder how that setting came to
be made, but I expect it's difficult to say really. At least you're up
and running now.
