Adding 2003 server to a Workgroup

I have a small network workgroup called "Workgroup", I recently tried adding
a Windows 2003 server to that workgroup. From the server I click on "My
Network Places" --> "Entire Network" --> MS windows Network" --> "Workgroup"
and only the server shows up. When I go to one of my preexisting machines
and click on "Workgroup" all of my pc's show up but not the server. Any idea
why this might be? Are windows 2003 Servers not capable of functioning in a
"workgroup" infrastructure?

Disregard - found the problem, fatfingered the subnet mask
