This function no longer works on my PC - Dell Dimension
XPS T500.

When I open Control Panel/Networks/Configuration I get an
error message "Network not complete, do you want to
continue" Three networking components are vsisble but no
associated TCP/IP protocols. When I click add & then
choose protocols from the list of components, no options
open. Presumably a Windows file or component is mmissing.

I have tried unistalling reinstalling all the drivers,
software & hardware associated with networking - an SMC
EZ 10/100 Ethernet Adapter (wired) & a Belkin F5D6001
wireless card

I've also tried unistalling & reinstalling Windows
communication components in Windows setup.
