How are the sites linked to each other? How do you access machines in
site A from site B?

Hello,

Thank you for your post.

If I understand properly, you have two sites. One (Site A) can access
Internet; while the other (Site B) cannot. You would like to know whether
you can configure proxy server to enable clients in Site A to access
internet.

Yes, it can be achieved. However, it highly depends on your current
environment. For example, the proposed proxy solution has prerequisite that
computers in Site B can access the proxy server in Site A. Could you please
provide a network topology of two sites so that we can have a better idea
as to the exact environment?

Sincerely,
Miles Li
