Add Service for Neiborhood Network - Followup

Hello:

I have been having difficulty adding the service "File and Print Sharing" in
Network Neighborhood. When I click on "add" and "service" no services
appear. I followed the instructions in the Microsoft Knowledge base article
and replaced all three files:
Network Components Missing in Network Tool in Control Panel

However, I am still having the same problem. Any help that anyone could
provide would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
