"Add Network Place" results in exception. Operation fails.

I try to add a new network place through the wizard and when I press
"Finish" on the last stage I get the following error:

An exception occurred while trying to run
"C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\NETPLWIZ.DLL,AddNetPlaceRunDl l"

After pressing "OK" no network place is added.

I have tried unregistering and re-registering netplwiz.dll, but this does
not make any difference.

Something missing somewhere? Any hints to a solution?
