I have an Adaptec AWN8030 PCMCIA wireless adapter, using the supplied
drivers.

They are pretty poor for Win98. The utility WON'T automatically connect to
the default WAP. You have to manually select scan, and then select the WAP
(even though you can define the default). Once you connect to a WAP, it
won't send out a DHCP query to get an address, so you have to load up
winipcfg to renew the IP address for the card.

Anyone know what chipset is used, and if there are better chipset drivers
for this card?
