Ad-Hoc is Wireless substitution to a cable when connecting two computers
that are not on a Network.
If you have a Wireless Router, you do not and should not use Ad-Hoc.
Sharing Files and Printers between two or more, Wired, and Wireless
computers that are connected to a Wireless Cable/DSL is done by setting the
Sharing on each computer.
