hi everyone.. i have a windows 2000 AD environment with several remote NT4
clients. we have set a domain policy that displays warning text to users
attempting to logon. i need this to also run on the NT4 clients. how can i
go about this? keep in mind that i need to roll it out to all NT4 machines
via a logon script of somekind, and the accounts that the users logon with
dont have admin rights to modify the registry.... so where does that leave
me?

You can do this with old style NT 4.0 System Polices.
start with KB article 161334

have several hundred NT4 clients and cant roll this out manually to each one
of them.

Just create the ntconfig.pol and put it in the NETLOGON share. (ensure it is
replicated to every DC which it will be by default)
